"Poems" in Spanish
Looking to sell for only £125.
Look up google UK results for "Poemas" (115,000 results) - its very high (4th one listed when I checked) 571 unique visits in 10 months, but I admit CTR is only 3.33%. However, note while that it is at Whypark, I have not developed it at all, hence the low CTR. These stats are from google adsense - and therefore are 571 "real people" visiting and not bots.
With minimal development, CTR (and EPC if developed correctly) go way up, as you know, especially because you've already got about 60 people/month who are visiting it undeveloped!
Also, and perhaps most importantly, this one is obviously very flippable to a Spanish author in the UK!
