Regarding that i got an offer of $12,000 USD, in the past two months from a potential party, But somehow things did not end up correctly and the buyer passed.

I intend to target some potential end users to represent this domain for, and i want to know how much should i price this asset.

Important note : This domain was last sold for $5600 USD in Jan 2013.
