Poker.in
One of the most powerful keywords in a quickly rising extension of a country with a billion people, many of whom speak English. In addition, the name has several "domain hack" uses: as a phrase "poker in", probably meaning something like "ante up"; pronounced together like "pokering" meaning to play poker; locational subdirectory hacks like "Poker.In/England" and "Poker.In/California"; foreign language subdirectory hacks like "Poker.In/Spanish" and "Poker.In/Chinese"; event subdirectory hacks like "Poker.In/League" and "Poker.In/Tournaments"; and several other uses I probably haven't even thought of yet.
The name is in "Sedo's Top Domains" and has been as high as #17 in "Most Wanted" measured by daily listing visits, not bad considering many names on that list have links inward to their listing whereas I have 0 links to it anywhere. It's the 5th highest bidded on name on Sedo with "poker", and I bet none of those names had a $10,000 minimum bid for most of the time they were listed like with Poker.in. I've had several 5-figure offers and with minimal effort in going around to casino/poker sites to sell the name, did get one of the largest online casinos that was interested, though they would not pay what I wanted. Bottom line, it is a highly sought-after name and rightfully so.
Price: $40,000 FIRM with buyer paying escrow (Escrow.com probably the cheapest for that size of transaction). I will NOT go below this price and am actually pricing it well below what I think it is worth because I need the money to help with a down payment on a condo. PM if interested, thank you!
Edit: I also have OnlinePoker.co.in, which I will sell for $2,000, also well below market considering there have been a number of OnlinePoker.ext sales of worse extensions for over $2,000.
