Pool.com - where's the affiliate program?

Just tried to find affiliate program on Pool.com home page and couldn't see it.

So then I tried sitemap. Again couldn't see it.

So then tried google search http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=e...+affiliate+program&btnG=Search&meta=&aq=f&oq=

and this came up: http://www.pool.com/affiliateagreement.aspx

So there is an affiliate program but they don't advertise it.

Does anyone know how to join their elusive program?
