I'm interested in capturing a .com domain that is expiring in a few days. Should I use pool, snapnames, or both? Or some other service?

By expiring do you mean
  1. it's near expiration date or
  2. already dropping (pending-delete status) ?
If 1. then it would help to know the registrar

I backorder with all 3, but I seem to have the most luck with Snapnames.

it helps to check to see if it is a snap priority name or nj exclusive name too. it will save you the trouble of placing extra backorders.
