LOL - my friend is a sky-watcher and he says that it wasn't demoted - it was promoted - whatever that means. He said something about it being the headliner for new class of planetoids. So maybe pluto.com are 'upgrading' as well?

It was demoted "promoted" to the largest of the dwarf planets, so instead of the smallest planet it is the largest dwarf planet. Although I think they should have grandfathered Pluto in.

looks like now its a default server page coming up for pluto.com, I am assuming they got waaaaaaaaaaaaay more traffic than ever before and either was eating up all the hosting bandwidth or too high of a cost, etc etc

- maybe his server got jammed out with queries on why is this happening. or with 'millions' of people going to the site at first thought when they think of the planet. Damn.. i wonder if it will affect my yr-end exams..

All that traffic wasted.
Well, who cares about the traffic, it's actually the income wasted.
Same for the .org and .net
The owner of the .org appears to live on Lombard St
(is that the Lombard that means Lots Of Money But A Real D...head)
