I would say no value. As the term gets longer the domain gets weaker. Spankbank was about its limit. Obviously if its earning it will be worth a multiple of its revenue plus costs/time.

Develop it and make it earn. However before you do that work out how much that would cost you and whether you would be suited to buy a better domain and/or one with traffic.
