Yes, just initiate a transfer request from the registrar of your choice.

If powerpipe is an enom reseller, i can transfer the name to my enom account without any charge.

Of course you have to pay a transfer fee :)

They are an enom reseller, hence, a different registrar owned by another company.

I have actually found that some enom resellers will transfer domains into an enom account for free - contact them very nicely and tell them that although it may be a rude request, it would help you etc... worked for me at one out of 2 registrars...
