Anyone has experiences with the PPC affiliate program such as umaxsearch? How about its conversion rate? Does it pay on time?

As an advertiser I use only Google, Yahoo and MSN. Why should I try such services as umaxsearch? I think that 99.99999% of the clicks there are generated by their affiliate/sub-affiliate fraudulent click networks. Any advertiser with experience will confirm that!
