no offence anyone, but i just saw a dresdner-bank.de or something like that in the section "domains with traffic" and it just upset me.

by attracting and misleading users, you putting my ppc rate down, your traffic is from typo of obvious and notorious trademark.

all ppc companies shouldnt pay for obvious trademark infringement.

to ppc companies, just add to your general agreement, the right for yourself to estimate if the domain name is obviously linked to a trademark, as trademarks can coexist, only focus on notorious ones.
ex: the dresdner bank, coca cola, mickael jackson, ....

i am not putting a general result obligation, but only an obligation of means, to do what you can to limit these ppc unfair traffic abuse.
there are plenty of young lawyers that can help you for cheap (as myself lol)

that will slow also cybersquatting, and limit the unfair commercial advantage made from a trademark infringement against the trademark owner and also against others domainers.

Some trademarks are worlwide and/or territory notorious, ppc on typo of these ones should not be paid.

that will bring money to the others domainers who get natural and honest traffic (by "honest" i mean not obviously infringing any one right) and maybe help the ppc rate to go up.

just upset me that ppc companies also benefit from obvious trademark infrigement.

Hello what are you trying to tell members of this forum, how much will you charge to take classes?

Per session? Per hour? Per Course? sorry to ask these questions but I feel it is necessary for me to take lessons from you.

What is honest PPC and dishonest PPC if anything like that exists. Is gambling, racing etc are the way to spend or make money?

Domainers buy domains to make money off them. They are not stealing those in question from companies that have Trademarks related. Everyone concerned should take steps and register all so called typos so that domainers cannot get their hands on it. Buying and selling domains is a trade just like any other trade. People invest lots of money into it, it is not child's play. They work hard to find domains that make money, it is not wise to cry after you get your hands burnt. Instead you take everycare no to get into pity'able situation. I strongly think that penalizing domainers is not fair, instead a domainer should get the money he invested to aquire a particular domain that a company with trademark is behind for, yes pay for it and take it who says no, at the same time demanding large ransom from companies is not fair either.

All in all it is a fast world, with intelligent technology that is giving us opportunity to buy, sell, monetize etc. When domainers catched it up and keeping the pace, let the companies having concern about their typo so called domains let them have an expert team that tells the typo propabilities and registers them for the company, no head-ache right? it is just they are behind. Once a seasoned domainer finds a domain that he thinks will make money what is wrong in registering it and putting on PPC, He worked for it he got it, once somebody finds it making money or getting traffic, domain suddenly becomes the company's domain how fair is it, it's their mistake they didn't got it in first place, then if somebody get's it you have your sight on it don't you need to pay to get it? instead of paying little fee to file claim and snatching it away from domainer's. What is ethical and what is not here?

I for one honour WIPO, but I still think WIPO should have a commitee that consists of big Domainers in trade so that both parties get fair decision, guess what happens when a non domainer who has no or limited knowledge of this industry takes decisions? well we are getting burnt.

And lastly to you Mr. shaggyboy75 please donot try to teach anything here. People are knowledgable than you, though not me but many are, try to understand what is going on.
If you are still concerned, I will take time to get in touch with all domainers with so called typo domains, make a list of their total investments and send the report to you, you please compensate all of them, also you should get every company that has interest on ecommerce to secure all propable typo domains so that you or an individual like you does not need to compensate and feel bad about it as domainers will not get a chance to register so called typos. You can be a happy Joe!!!!

Please donot personal message me on this regard. Limit this debate to public.

Thank you and regards.
