PR is somewhat overrated unless you can take advantage of it by optimization and linking practices. We have 300+ PR 7 pages and PR 8 pages where PR 5's rank higher on some terms.

Thisis correct. Still is hard to find them tho for sale nonetheless.

Thank you, I have worked hard over the past couple years building them up. It does get frustrating at times but free traffic is always better than paid traffic

I agree!

It is unbelievable of all the link exchnage opportunities you get with high pr sites. You can really pick and choose from the cream of the crop. Also, did I mention the outrageous offers to buy the site? I have had 4 in the last week!

It is nice sitting in this position
