I am selling my PR5 Free Web Hosting Business, high uniques per day and very high hits per day (around 100,000 Hit/day)
The minimal marketing conducted, with some extra cash you can triple the traffic/revenue.
Revenue is from (hosting affiliates, adsense, link sales), site get around $600+ /month from those combined.
NOTE that revenue is WITHOUT forced ads, once you switched the forced ad on you can triple that amount using Adbrite or link sales etc...
