Pre-owned vB License vs. Original vB License

I have never purchased a pre-owned vB license before and I was just curious if there was any downfall that comes with purchasing one pre-owned. If there isn't, that was all I was looking for. Thank you for the replies! If anybody knowns of any reasons not to opt with pre-owned please voice the reasoning here.

Know who you're buying from. Buy one that's older than 6 months if you are afraid the original owner will do a chargeback after selling to you.

IMO its worth paying full from vBulletin, vBulletin dont allow selling licences in there TOS so you will have a licence which could be removed at any time, Plug buying from vBulletin you know nothing is going to go wrong
