I own a .com domain name that is the exact name of a global B2B service industry company that is interested in buying it. Trademark / intellectual property issues do not apply in this case - I have legitimate ownership of the domain.

Since this is really the only company out there who can make use of this domain [limiting my selling options], but since I own the exact name they want [limiting their buying options] - what kind of ball park price should I set for the domain name?
