Pricing and best place to sell a profitable website

Hey guys I am thinking of selling one of my websites which sells multiple software products I developed. So it is not a reseller site.

The site has been turning profit for over 7 years now in the mid xx,xxx range annually.
I can substantiate with balance sheets and such as well as other stats.

It has a great foothold in Google for multiple queries related to the products. (top 10 for years)

1) Where do you guys think is a good place to sell with keeping some privacy about the domain name.
2) What's the rule of thumb for defining a listing asking price. I have read 2.5 times annual sales.

Have you tried Flippa.com? Definitely a good place to sell a website(s). Just make sure you don't ask for millions of dollars. They won't take you seriously...
