namewinner is down at the moment for me..
I have another question though..I cant seem to get a customer support response.

I have a name a bid on $340 in my "purchase list" ..well the name never dropped..was renewed..

I want to "cancel" my bid..how do you do that? . take it out of the purchase list ?

I have problem too getting answer from the support, usually they have an autoresponder but seems doesn't work today.

I don't know how to help you with your problem, I saw the exactlly same things been discussed on the forum days ago and if I remember well a staff of dotster said that they are working to get that feature, I think there is no way to delete it now.

is that correct ..there is no option to remove a bid even if the name didnt drop..was renewed ?!

I was hoping things would be fixed quicker than this but the issue is still being worked by our sysadmins as well as tech from Cable & Wireless and Cisco.

Someone else posted here that they were able to email customer support to get a name removed after it renewed. You may want to wait until the site is working again before doing this :)

We are working on getting this as an automated feature.

Namewinner must have run into some very serious problems. They have been down since some time in the middle of the night last night. I wonder if their dropcatching activities also ceased when the web site blew up.
