Hi
I am having loads of problems transferring out from NameSecure.com a domain name that was registered
around 9 months ago.
I have unlocked the name started the transfer from the
other registrar company and they have rejected the transfer
now 2 times ... saying that some of the info was changed in the last 60 days so it cannot be transferred out ??? !.
I have changed the technical contact email I think a couple of weeks back or 10 days ago or so.... but the administrative contact email is the same that it was from the beginning (mine too ofcoz).
What should I do ??... they dont answer the support emails I send and seems like they just dont care.
Any advice would be appreciated as I need to get this done
