I tried to solve this matter privately with the interested parties (Pool and Aaaq.com) with tons of repeated complaints but nothing to do so, as I promised them, I'm now doing it a "public case".
Nothing of really tragic I agree but I thought you should know ...

On 28th April I won domain cartonianimati.com (Italian for cartoons) on auction at Pool for $525 for whom I've been promptly charged (no delay in this, ever !).

Ok, I waited patiently for 5 days when it has been forwarded on Pool's PPC page so I began to complaint because it was in my right getting that domain considering
I paid for it ...
No reply so I complained every day for few days with both parties (Pool and the catcher Registrar
aaaq.com).

I continued with complaints and Pool continued to say to be patient because they forwarded more
times my data to aaaq ... but no news from aaaq, ever !
I complained with Icann (http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi) and, few
hours after, I heard from aaaq for the first and unique time till now (original message below).
I continued with my complaints till today but no more news from both parties ...
Ok but where's the problem in setup this damn account ?
Whois gives still a "not found" message and it's still forwarded on Pool's PPC page !

What should I do now ?

Mr. Marruso,

We have received your domain registration and we are working diligently
to update the registration in the whois. Since the domain was not
registered
directly through our system, we have experienced some delays.

We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Thank you,
AAAQ Info

Be sure to check out the Pricing/Terms as our process is quite different from other registrars.

... and I forgot to publish Pool's answer ... In few words, it's my problem if their registrar partner does not setup my account !

***
Hello;

Thank you for using Pool.com.

We regret the delay; however Pool.com does not have access to your
confidential registrar account information. As per my previous responses,
we have resubmitted your contact information to your registrar. Please
contact your registrar directly to confirm if they received this
information. While reviewing their website, I noted it does not appear they
use an account system, you may actually have to contact them to submit any
changes for the domain.

Your registrar is AAAQ
Email: [email protected]
Support Website: http://www.aaaq.com/contact.htm

They should be able to verify we forwarded your contact information to them
around April 28 or 29th. They should also be able to verify we forwarded
your contact information to them again around May 6, or 7.

Regards,

Hi DomainEmpire, hope it'd work out for you and let us know. So if a domain lands at AAAQ, I'll think twice before bidding on it.

Sure I'll think twice in the future but cartonianimati.com was too important to me, I'd have big projects to realise with it ... Always if I'll ever own it :(

What a load of #%&*! Pool is taking your money so it definitely is their problem. If they can't provide the service they shouldn't collect the fee. Their whole attitude towards their customers and the level of customer support is atrocious and inexcusable. Especially for a company that is raking in money faster than they can count it.

I think this Jamie support guy from Pool is okay. Try calling the registrar AAAQ directly. They are actually not a registrar in the real sense of the word, but some entity set up for the .INFO and .BIZ landrush. I think AAAQ should just let Namescout take over the management of the name. I once got a name caught by rebel.com for Pool and they just got the name over to Namescout for management.
