Program that could send a million or emails per day with 100% inbox rate?

Just curious to how much a program would be worth that was geared towards specific email services such as yahoo. If you had an opt in email list of 100,000 or 500,000 and could send an email to them within just a couple of hours with a 100% inobx rate, would something like that be of value and if so what do you think a service like that would run?
