I don't know about "tons" I see a few at most. I'd hit them first and see if you could get an XX,XXX offer. If those don't bite, you may have to sit on it a while until someone comes calling. It is a nice brandable name, but the existing entities using that name may discourage a start-up because of tm issues.

It would be a name for a new startup lending company, existing companies already branded would see little value, unless they are using a long tail of your current domain. A quick google search brings up some operators, but most of these guys are independent mortgage lenders, and selling them domains is very similar to selling them to the real estate industry. Most likely you are going to have to wait for the right buyer to contact you. The singular has a live TM so be careful, sending them emails. Regardless it is a great brand name, and brings instant credibility to anyone using it.

Thanks for all of your responses! Based off your experiences, does what you have up on the page affect the type of initial offers you are getting? Historically I have gotten much lower initial offers when there is a PPC page or other affiliate type of page. In place, than I have when I have nothing up at all. Which seems kind of backwards to me. Would you suggest just putting it up on parking at Sedo or doing an affiliate set up to monetize in the mean time. In either regard I will evaluating the traffic over the next few months.
