I have a question. I have a news blog. If I would want to quote an article with a live link back to them, is it possible to use the picture they are using as mt featured image if its also properly credited. IE Picture by so and so AP.. Or do I need to find generic pictures?

If it is for non commercial use and you properly quote the creator then you should be good. But watch out for GettyImages, they tend to not be happy about this even if you properly quote them.. It is a bit of a grey area.

Depends on your goals and the quality of the site.
The best way to do it is buy a very high quality image from a stock image site if possible.

Not always the best option but it looks awesome even if it is a bit pricey.

Find some free stock images and add them into your article.
