Question regarding Selling Developed Websites

Hello! I'm fairly new to this forum so thought I'd start here. I've been working on a website/ web application for about a year now. I'm not really looking to sell it but I am very curious to know, that if I were to sell it, would there be interest in it and, if so, how much would it run for? I rather not post the name of the website in the forumn as it might show up in google searches but right now I'm just interested in where might be the best place to find this information out. IS there a sub forum on here for something like this?
