I checked the whois of some TRAFFIC West 2007 .Mobi Sales, like casinos.mobi, models.mobi, why the whois are not updated to the buyer's contact info?

does these mean all the sales will not be completed?

sure are... and given that each person paid at least the $500 entry fee to participate in the silent/live auction online, or the full $1,500 fee to be there in person (or whatever it cost) id say its pretty likely that every single person will pay..
