I believe that Get Rich Click by Marc Ostrofsky is an apt title to the registrars.

Although this person is dumber than a bag of hammers, this one little bit of information has long been contentious in my opinion:

she claims she has legally purchased from Register.com

One can argue that she did not "legally" purchase this since it was not in accordance with Register.com's TOS. Still, registrars are facilitators to, a party to, and an accomplice to this problem. Someday a sharp attorney or one who simply has a better argument is going to rip holes in these TOS's and registries will be slapped down for their role in these TM issues.

I just loved her claim: "The name Sony by itself is associated with electronics and electronic products; it has nothing to do with style or finesse or “coolness”;" ​Not sure it has a lot to do with 'swagger' either.
