Just thought I'd clear this point up for a few people as I've seen some strange things said about keyphrase popularity and it's impact on domain valuation here recently.
So, here's some valuable advice. You need to look at the following factors:
1. Competing sites (only found by putting the phrase inside quotation marks, i.e. "online casinos". Results not in quotes mean NOTHING.)
2. Number of requests using that keyphrase each month (you can get a rough approximation of this by looking at overture results and multiplying them by 5)
A great keyphrase is therefore a name with few competitors and lots of searches. These can be marketed most easily, and are far more likely to end up nearer the top of the search engine results, too.
