Why is Luc Lezon from domain research tool and premium drops so unprofessional,he never answers his emails regarding problems and just sucks your money,it's a shame because he could make a lot more money if it was'nt so bad with his customer service which is everything........

It's not just me but lot's of others have a gripe with him,i think it's time to vote by hitting in the pocket by canceling my premium drops account just need a few more to do the same.
