Whats up with Moniker?

I am calling since saturday to talk to a real person on the phone not a robot, i tried to leave my phone number, no call back.
I tried waiting 20 minutes 4 times, nothing!
Email? No Reply !

Someone at moniker if you are reading this, do something about your customer service@!@
