The name has over 1200 links and has been in business since 98

Here is the letter

Hello. I am interested with buying the domain ktv-i.com. Is it still
avaliable for sale? If yes, what is the estimated price level?

Any advice..

Thanks

I would state that the domain was purchased with the intention of developing it. If the price is right however, you may consider selling.

It would help prevent them saying u reg'ed the name in bad faith.

That domain has some good links pointing to it. Hold out for $100.
