either, don't ask anyone for their advice or...go with your gut

I just want to rely on my gut, that's why i also need your opinion about what you think about this kind of domains? Any suggestion is welcome.. Thanks

again, if you just want to rely on your gut, then why ask for opinions?

unless...you're looking for favorable opinions to support your gut

or, overwhelming advice against it, to gut that feeling from your gut.

Although not a common mistype, there is still some traffic in "Real estates". Whether it's enough traffic to justify buying the domain name would be left up to you.

No English speaking person would ever type or say "real estates".

Plural "jobs" is much better for these.
