Recently there was a case discussed on here somewhere about a person who owned a domain that used a trademarked term.
The trademarked term belonged to a car company (I can't remember which one). The car company tried to get the domain back, but the court/panel found that the person was not using it in bad faith. If I remember right, it was because they were using it to sell that type of car (they were a car dealership maybe?) I think this was a fairly recent case, like in the past 3 months or so.
Sorry for the lack of details..but does that case ring a bell for anyone here? If so, could you point me to the correct thread where it was discussed? I'm really curious to read what the exact reason was that they got to keep their domain, and what everyone's thoughts were on that case.
Thanks!
