The RPG process does not solve anything and it does not make much difference. It just means a customer has longer to recover a name they did not want deleted. I think 5 days as before was plenty of time for most people to recover a name. Anyway, I know a new Registrar where you can restore a deleted name for $99.95. Are you willing to pay that much money for a deleted domain? PM me for more info.
