Hi

I have about $500 in a few different Enom accounts. The money has been sitting there for 4+ years.

Enom says you can't get a refund for money you used to refill your account but that seems ridiculous. Does anyone have any experience getting your money back?

Thanks

That's pretty common to not issue refunds. The fact that it is over 4 years old would make it even more unlikely. Usually when you add to your account it says it is nonrefundable. You have to understand that in there eyes this is an "order".. so really you are looking to reverse multiple transactions from multiple accounts that are each over 4 years old.

trevor72 - ALL registrars have that same policy. It's not just eNom. Email me directly with the info and I'll see if there's anything I can do for you.

It's safer sitting at eNom than a Cypriot bank! :D
