registrar reserved .info

what does the status of dallas.info mean,
is it an afilias challenged name? what about other US states like texas.info nevada.info etc can they be challenged or can everybody in the world use them if they own it, or could there be problems in the future with them?

texas.info and nevada.info are LR2 domains.
They are being used legally.

dallas.info was taken during sunrise. It must had been taken using a fake trademark but it is not shown as LOCKED.
Don't know why.
