Lets say you just joined up with a given company who just transfered a domain to Garbage Registrar, Inc.
Its only been a few days, but you want to transfer it away from Garbage Registrar, Inc. to Quality Registrar, Inc.
Can this be done immediately? Or is there some 30-60 day time period between transfers?
