Relationship between Moniker and ecorp.com

I'm trying to find out if there is a relationship between Moniker and ecorp.com...

If there is, what exactly that is that relationship?

I have my eyes on a domain that is under control of ecorp.com, registered through Moniker. I did a few searches and notice that Moniker and ecorp.com names are on a lot of various documents together, but can't quite match the relationship? Does moniker own ecorp.com?

According to the whois, Moniker does not own ecorp.com. It seems like they have some agreement breach together and 99 % of the ecorp names are on Monikers registry.

That can be one reason, maybe Moniker himself can shed some light.
