Resale value of CC's and WS's

what is the average resale value of cc and ws extensions - if any?

ive found some great one word domain names with the cc and ws extension but i dont know if there worth registering

i disagree that unregistered domains arent worth anything

i registed a .com last month and sold it 6 days later for $250.00 - yes they are few and far between but theres still some out there

i know the resale value of these extensions is poor - very poor compared to .com but theres been a few threads where people have sold ws and cc names for over $100.00

because i wanted second opinions from fellow members

anyone else have an opinion on this?

If I found a nice one word .ws chances are I'd register it, it's what? $15 bucks.

I also know what you could do with that Domain Fonz, Development wise that would certainly add some value.
