Reseller with support for customers?

Am I the only one that posts in this section? haha Anyway I'm wondering if you guys know any resellers that offer a toll-free number for support of customers like WWD does? I'm really shying away from WWD and am looking at a hosting and domain reselling program that will also help the customers that I sign-up. Any other such options out there? I like enom but I need to offer some kind of support other than email to customers and for a sole-proprietor it is difficult :p

You have a very valid request here. I 've gone back and forth on this before.

In order for a reseller to offer toll-free support, they would have to incorporate this into the pricing system, ie. name pricing would most probably be higher. Thus, if you are interested in low cost (ie lower than the cost offered from large, well established enom resellers), you probably should not expect live 1-800 support, unfortunately.

Email support can be effective. I used to offer phone support but it did not turn out to be cost effective. Email support seems to be working well now, at least for me.

email support has always been good with enom, usually a reply within 12 hours unless its a weekend :)
