Retiring

After many months as a moderator sadly, for me, it must come to and end.

The months have been most enjoyable with many new friends made and I have watched the site grow by over a 1100 members.

After being so close to purchasing the site then have it pulled from under you then offered back at a higher price then have the price change again............ is all too much.

Thanks for all the kind words spoken about the mods for all those that provided them.

To Safesys and Snoopy thanks too. two of the finest blokes I have ever met.

I've resigned as moderator too in the light of the apalling manner in which dan has treated snoopy and matty despite their tireless voluntary efforts in maintaining this site.

Its been a pleasure working with Matty, Snoopy and the excellent posters here that make this site what it is. Thanks to all.

This is indeed a very sad day. You guys have provided DNF with uncountable hours of free service and it is unfortunate that a gentleman's agreement has been broken.

Top job MattyP, safesys and snoopy! Keep us posted where you move to and I'll sign up as a member immediately.

A very, very sad end to this forum.

I posted this before, and I'll post it again: the true value of this forum has been the exceptional moderation provided by mattp, safe and snoopy.

While it is disheartening to hear the their participation here has ended in this fashion, I still hope they choose to work together to start another forum like this, perhaps with the goal of even expanding to include other appropriate and profitable domain-related elements.

As unfortunate as this situation is, there is also here a great opportunity. I am certain many here will follow these three domain professionals if they choose to begin a new domain site.

I should be honest. I was gone mad before about an issue related to asians. However, I was just trying to transfer my ideas about it. Maybe I were alittle outspoken about it.

Another thing is that Safe is the most hardworking guy I have ever seen in this forum. He is always guarding the forum and he is always radaring it. Everytime I check Safe was here either in chat room or in between posts. Great job Sir !

Totally agree. In fact whilst the chatroom still works for me, mods have been objective and consistent in what they say etc. Nevertheless, please do keep me notified where you three go - you have my email address, still have a lot to learn

It is a big shame for this company to be losing all you great moderators....however if it is any consolation... I can guarantee..your fellow members will follow you! Good luck with whatever you do!
