I would like some suggestions on how I can monitize hotelberry.com the website currently gets a page rank of 2. I would like to increase the value of the website also.

I would sneak in some adsense and deploy a few travel/lodging affiliates that offer co-branding or private labeling. Also, offering ad space for lease would help with the $$ in flow.

I'm getting ready to work on a travel site myself this summer and researching ways to make it profitable.
