The problem is not just to get a website off the ground. Building a structure is easy.
But you need quality contents, updated on a regular basis. Very few websites can afford to remain static forever.
How often would you visit a website if it hasn't changed in the previous years ?
If you expect to leave the site on autopilot and collect the cash while doing nothing (like parking) I think you'll be disappointed.
The proposals may look attractive at first glance but they seem to be short-sighted. You can easily waste thousands on development and not recoup a tenth of your investment.
