Well, here we go again for the second EVER golden domain name forum dollar*!!!

A train is travelling at a normal speed, travelling from A to B. Observers note that a man is actually keeping up with it and is in fact beating it. The owner of the train is also present and seems to be very nervous, but not upset. Why?

Note to anyone reading this: the riddle was solve by RJ, so if you want to try it yourself, don't look at the post after my post that says -
"LOL. In this situation, the owner of the train is almost certainly female."

*may not be golden

'Cause the guy keeping up with it, in fact beating it, is in an airplane! The owner of the train also owns the airplane, so he's not upset. He's nervous, though, because the customers on the train will be pissed at him for not recommending the plane ... as they might have reached their destination faster. Plus, he's on the train, so they might smack him upside the head ... the fear of this makes this fellow very nervous.
Shoot me now!

Is the man on the train running towards the owner who is also on the train (maybe even in the same car)? That might make him nervous.

A. The man is the second engineer on the train who, frustrated with a stuck pressure gauge, is beating it with a wrench.

B. The man is the engineer on another train on a parallel track who is holding the wheel with one hand and the owner's wife, of whom the owner is not really fond, with another.

C. The man is a creditor who is moving forward through the train toward the owner one car at a time.

D. Point A is at one end of the station and point B is the other end, during which period the train "normally" slows down to a stop (normal speed = 5 miles per hour during this stretch) and anyone can pass it on foot.

E. This is a trick question. The train was leased.

peaceful - answer is no
DomeBase - no, no, no, no and no. Your answer of D, while still very wrong was the closest.

* A and B are the same point. The train is going in a circle. The man is going in an inside circle. The observers are in the center of the circle.

* The man is in an airplane.

Is the owner nervous because the man that is keeping up with the train may soon crash into point B if he doesn't slow down or stop soon?

More good answers, but all wrong. For a tip this riddle requires a bit more lateral thinking.
