Anyone else notice that generic .COM names are really beginning to rise in value? Some recent examples include:
AlternativeEnergy.com - $50,000+ with hardly any traffic, good generic and commercial.
This one also just ended on eBay...

Sales like these seem to be taking place on a more widespread level recently. Anyone else notice other sales that would fall into this category?
