That is a surprise. Seems there are so many radio stations that use that term almost as much as they use their own call letters.

i agree, that was a bargain...i dont think prices are falling , it is just vacation times, industry kind of sleeps as everything else right now, a few weeks into august and it should be back on track again imo, but it is really the right time to buy now....

Rock FM not on the same par with Blue FM ;) There are hundreds of Rock FM stations worldwide, and the selling price was indeed a shocker. It's worth 6 figures as a brand name.

I agree. Blue FM says nothing to me or the general public.

And the OP needs to remove links to that domain so this does not appear to be an advertisement.

Isn't the 'FM' part going to be obsolete with the coming of digital?

FM is frequency modulation, and the FM band won't be obsolete in the near future. Satellite radio has its followers but that won't take FM down in the next 25 years at least.

Exactly. Until digital/satellite is the only option. Right now, as a paid subcription, they have not doomed FM. Plus, too many vehicles on the road still have FM radio.

This domain still has a lot of miles left on it and it is already well branded.
