RSS feed submitters

Hi all,

Was reading an SEO book today that recommended RSS feed submitters to submit the RSS feed to your site. Does this result in duplicate content in Google's eyes?

Google doesn't see that as duplicate content. If you wrote a post on your blog, started a second blog and copy/pasted that same post onto your second blog..Then, Google would see that as duplicate content. RSS feed submitters are good because they ping the pages you are submitting. This usually results in quicker indexing of your websites pages.
