Either remove the domain or remove the rule.
Trouble is we've gone through similar discussions about payment after auction etc and if you check even current posts you will see that little has changed and nothing has been done.
There is no point in posting rules if there is never going to be any attempt to uphold them.

Yup! And check this out; #139 "USZD.com" isn't even REGISTERED!!
There is a thread about it, but nobody cares enough to do anything to correct it.
Grrrr.

Several times over the auctions were cancelled; I had several domains within the 1 month limit and with 2 or 3 cancellations those lost their initial appeal. But when a name is good, it will sell even with 2 days remaining.

As long as they are removed by start of auction, and they have been, we will be just fine
