The U.N. arbitration system, which started in 1999, allows those who think they have the right to a domain to get it back without having to fight a costly legal battle or pay large sums of money.

What do think about it, guys?

My first inclination was that it was not a good deal for intellectual property, trademarks, service marks, or branding.

But after reading the entire article, all I can say is BRAVO for the little guy! This is a great piece on the rights of freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
