SALE thread vs APPRAISAL thread

Why do people insist on posting comments about a domain and/or price in a sales thread?? A sales thread is no place to force your opinion on the seller. If you dont agree, who cares! The value of the domain lies with the buyer, not you! Not to mention, it's very poor maners.

Appraisal threads are where you can, and should, voice your opinion.

I agree, though it is tempting to say something when the seller is offering somestupiddomainname.com for an "unbelievable" $15k.
