Satellite Internet?...

Anyone here have any experience with using satellite internet in very remote locations? I might spend some time "out in the bush" during the summer, and would like to find out how difficult/expensive it is or if it at all possible to get internet access. I would want it to work from a camper, and if that isn't possible, then it would need to be from a boat.

I don't really need it as I can make other arrangements, but it would be NICE to have!
