Just a heads up...looks like this was reg'd yesterday
I believe there is now a 60 day restriction period before a newly registered domain can be transferred to another person or to another registrar.

You're not doing anything wrong. The new buyer would just have to wait 60 days to take possession.

Hope this might prevent any issues should a sale happen.
