Says new pm but no pm anywhere

I have a new pn unread message but no unread messages anywhere plus I have the flashing envelope

any ideas

I also checked each page and cant find it

That's strange. Try support.

Did you go to every page and mark as read? I've seen it work, and the PM usually isn't bold, it's a glitch.
